Last time these two historic rivals met was on October 13th for the opening game of the season. The Leafs took that contest 2-1 in front of a capacity crowd at the Scotiabank Arena. Toronto was without Auston Matthews for their season opener but he will be in the lineup on Monday in Montreal.
Bottom LineToronto is coming off a 6-3 home loss to the St. Louis Blues. The Canadiens will be trying for their first-three game winning streak of this season.
