That was our message when fans were calling for the head of Mike Hoffman on a platter. Despite his apparent slow start in the goals column, his underlying numbers were all good. Hoffman was creating scoring chances, it was only a matter of time. Fast forward to tonight: Hoffman now has four goals in the last three games including the game-winner in overtime against the Penguins. Hoffman was set up by Kirby Dach who has at least one point in seven of his last eight games. The Canadiens have won three games in a row. Montreal took advantage of one of the worst defensive clubs in the league firing 42 shots, 19 alone in the second period. Up NextThe Canadiens will next host the New Jersey Devils at the Bell Centre on Tuesday night.Plus▲ Kaiden Guhle, Kirby Dach, Nick Suzuki, Mike Hoffman, Jordan Harris, Cole Caufield, Sean Monahan, Josh AndersonMinus▼ Arber Xhekaj, Jake Evans, Jonathan Drouin, Joel Edmundson, Christian Dvorak, Jake AllenGame PreviewCheck out the game preview here: Seeking Third Straight Win | PREVIEW: PIT @ MTL |

salut-bien chers amis,
holy smoke, another come from behind win,,,
ride the wave, make it last another day.
quelques pensees/thoughts???
pittsburgh looks older/slower?
CH expectations are low.zero pressure.underdog role in every match.so far so good.will it last.the underdog role, not so sure?
with victories eventually comes the expectation of more victories.and with that expectation comes a certain pressure, non?
my analisis?the games will get tougher
because the opposition will play us tougher.take us more seriously.and we will begin to feel the pressure to perform well and win hockey games.
not a bad thing.in fact, when was the last time the cup was won with process and not results?
CH55,gotta play him.
early mvp?easy.the one responsible for drafting players such as:guhle, caufield, evans, pezzetta, harris, entres autres.
our “behind the scenes” mvp for nearly 2 decades.who, sadly is no longer with us.
trevor timmins,,,
merci pour l’ecoute
portez-vous bien
familleCH,
