“Komisarek and partner Andrei Markov lead the Canadiens in ice time and have meshed into the best defence pairing in the entire conference. They play against the opponent’s top line and every second when the game is on the line.
Between them they blocked 354 shots this season, with Komisarek atop the league at 227. He also leads the playoffs with 16 blocks.”
