MONTREAL, QC. — Fans in the Bell Centre went through a full set of emotions tonight as they watched their Canadiens get a good start, open up a big lead and then lose it in the second and then pull away in the third period. Following the game they spilled into the streets surrounding the Bell Centre to continue the party celebrating a 7-4 win and the Canadiens staving off elimination from the Eastern Conference Final. The Habs head to New York City for a game on Thursday night where they hope to tie the series and force a seventh and deciding game back in Montreal on Saturday.
Video was provided to AllHabs.net by Pascal Marchand. He described the scene this way: “Habs fans exiting the Bell Center were very excited following the big win over the Rangers. People were jumping, hugging and cheering as they gathered in front of cameras. Fans seem full of hope for the series that continues Thursday night in New York!”
