Here’s a videoclip from webmagazine WatchMojo.com featuring strength and conditioning coach Paul Gagné. He is a conditioning consultant and rehab specialist for NHL hockey players from the Octagon sports agency (Alan Walsh).
Gagne has trained many elite athletes in various sports, such as: Michelle Wie (LPGA), Martin Havlat (Minnesota Wild), Patrick Carpentier (race car driver) as well as Maxime and Chloe Dufour-Lapointe (free-style mogul skiers).
In the video, Gagne outlines an off-season training plan to help NHL players improve their core, flexibility and cardio. Hamilton Bulldogs defensemen Mathieu Carle takes part in the workout.
