Calder Cup Champs to face Bulldogs in Victoriaville and Drummondville

Games will be played against the Binghamton Senators in Victoriaville on September 30 and Drummondville on October 1

MONTREAL– The Hamilton Bulldogs, AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens, announced today that the club will play two pre-season contests in the province of Quebec, hosting the Binghamton Senators on Friday, September 30th, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. at the Colisee Desjardins in Victoriaville and on Saturday, October 1st, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Centre Marcel-Dionne in Drummondville.

Both games are presented by evenko, in collaboration with the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) organizations in those respective cities, the Victoriaville Tigres and the Drummondville Voltigeurs. It is an excellent opportunity for fans across the province to see the Canadiens promising young players in action.

The Bulldogs’ roster, led by former QMJHL coach Clement Jodoin, will feature some of the Canadiens’ top-rated prospects just a few strides away from the NHL.
