Canadiens assign Ryan White to the Hamilton Bulldogs

MONTREAL – The Montreal Canadiens announced today that forward Ryan White has been
assigned to the AHL Hamilton Bulldogs.
White, 21, had been recalled yesterday from Hamilton. The 6’00’’, 193 lbs forward played 13 games with the Canadiens before being assigned to Hamilton for the first time on December 5. White played his first NHL game on November 5 against the Bruins in Boston.
With the Canadiens, he registered two points (0-2-2), recorded 40 hits and blocked 12 shots, while playing an average of 11 minutes and 58 seconds.
White recorded seven points (3-4-7) in 12 games with the Bulldogs this season. He added 31 shots on goal and 29 penalty minutes, while maintaining a -1 plus/minus differential.
