Paul Byron is a 5-foot-7, 153 pound forward who can be an effective penalty-killer with little offensive production. To make room on the roster, the Canadiens have sent forward Jacob de la Rose to St. John’s. De la Rose is listed at 6-foot-3, 214 pounds. In addition, Dustin Tokarski and Mark Barberio cleared waivers and were sent to the IceCaps.
