MONTREAL — Montreal Canadiens general manager Pierre Gauthier, issued the following statement following the nomination of Julien BriseBois as assistant GM of the Tampa Bay Lightning.
“On behalf of the Montreal Canadiens, I would like to thank Julien Brisebois for his dedicated service to the club for the past nine seasons. Since joining the organization in 2001, Julien has worked tirelessly in various roles within the Hockey Operations department, including his most recent responsibility as general manager of the Hamilton Bulldogs and VP of Hockey Operations for the Canadiens. He has played an integral role in helping the team reach the levels of success it has had in the past few years and we wish him all the best in his future with the Tampa Bay Lightning. ” said general manager Pierre Gauthier.
