CANADIENS RECALL NATHAN BEAULIEU FROM BULLDOGS
6-2, 194-pound defenceman has four points in eight games with Bulldogs this season

MONTREAL, QUE. – Montreal Canadiens and Hamilton Bulldogs general manager Marc Bergevin announced today the Canadiens have recalled defenceman Nathan Beaulieu from the Bulldogs.
Beaulieu has split this season between the Canadiens and Bulldogs. In 14 games with Montreal, the 6-2, 194-pound defenceman has recorded two assists and 15 penalty minutes. In eight games with Hamilton, he has recorded four points (two goals, two assists) and nine penalty minutes.
In 37 career National Hockey League regular season games with the Canadiens, the Strathroy, Ont. native has recorded six assists and 23 penalty minutes. In 132 career American Hockey League regular season games with the Bulldogs, the 22-year-old has recorded 62 points (16 goals, 46 assists) and 105 penalty minutes.
Beaulieu was selected by the Canadiens in the first round (17th overall) in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
