MONTREAL, QC – The Montreal Canadiens announced today that forward Dany Masse has been reassigned from the Hamilton Bulldogs to the Wheeling Nailers of the East Coast Hockey League.
Masse, 22, played in one game with the Bulldogs this season recording two penalty minutes. Last year, the 5-foot-10, 188-pound left wing competed in 25 regular season games with the ‘Dogs posting five points (two goals, three assists) and six penalty minutes. The native of La Pocatiere, Quebec also played in nine post-season games with Hamilton in 2010, registering one assist. Masse was signed as a free agent by the Canadiens on April 15, 2009.
Hamilton will host the Syracuse Crunch tomorrow evening at 7:00 p.m. at Copps Coliseum. The ‘Dogs will then welcome their archrival the Toronto Marlies to Copps Coliseum for a 7:00 p.m. game on Friday, October 29th. All regular season Hamilton Bulldogs broadcasts on AM 820 CHAM will begin with a pre-game show 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. All pre-game shows during ‘Dogs home games will be broadcast live from the main concourse at Copps Coliseum.
