  1. salut-bien chers amis
    merci pour le podcast
    rick et michael
    c’est tres apprecie et voulu.
les topiques tres interessant et provoquants!
    quelques p’tit rayons du pensees???
yvon lambert et mike keane honorary capitaines for the ahl all-star game.great honor.great guys.yvon had another honor?he was one of the few lucky ones to make the jump from the nova scotia voyageurs to the big club, during our dynasty years
75′-79′.imagine,all those great players on the farm and very few ever had the chance to make the big team.incredible!
in fact,CH players at the time often stated:some of their toughest matches were the ones they played against nova scotia(intra-squad/friendlies).legend had it,top 2 pro teams at the time? CH and the nova scotia voyageurs!!!thats how good they were.
the keaner had another more dubious honor?(preceded only by chris chelios, douglass harvey, howie morenz?)started a string of capitaines to be sent away.
up until that time,we retired our capitaines.we did not trade them away.
advertising on our jersey?unthinkable!!!if the nhl starts that stuff,CH pulls out!!!.we’ll start another league or join the KHL.
CH jersey is sacred.point a la ligne.
team evaluations(tsn, the athletic, etc)?that stuff is based on the tangibles/statistics.what about the intangibles???
no replacement for carey in the system?because we continue to under-develope,mismanage them.not give them a chance.
    fucale,lefty-minnesota kid,mikey macniven,just to name a few.
    Q.of the week?our place in 3 years?easy.play-off bound.
this season is starting to slip away(as expected???),,,not over yet.but does not look good.winning can change everything,,,
finally wish to say somethin about this developement-rebuild mantra.we finished last season past.we need to rebuild.of course.how?drafting, acquiring prospects, etc.all these kids will need time with menteurs to develope?if we send away all our menteurs, who will be there to deputise them?the kids developement may be stalled/interrupted,etc.we need to have a good mix of youth and veteranship for our rebuild.take kayden guhle for ex.hes playing alongside our bigCH44.edmundson’s menteurship is immeasurable for the kid.thats lost by trading CH44 away.does not make sense?
can a draft pick replace big CH44’s importance to the team?
ps,good teams find a way to rebuild faster than others.why?because they do it all the time.not only when they finish last.they seem to find a way to develope/manufacture their core players, role players, from within!
    merci pour l’ecoute
    portez-vous bien
    familleCH,
