Players to watch

  • Petr Mrazek
The new starter in goal for the Flyers has won his first two starts solidifying the position for Philadelphia.
  • Charlie Lindgren
Lindgren gets his first start since for the Canadiens since November 21st and his first since signing a three-year contract extension.
  • Victor Mete
Mete has been one of the biggest surprises for the Habs this season and looks to score his first goal of the season.

Keys to Victory

  • Slow it down
The Flyers love to come out fast push the pace. Slowing down the game will disrupt the Philly game plan .
  • Go to the net
Getting traffic in front of the Flyers net could be a game changer for the Canadiens.
  • Rule special teams
The Habs penalty-kill will be pressed to perform without Tomas Plekanec. Montreal’s power-play could take the heat off the five-on-five offense.
