Game Day – Leafs vs Canadiens: Preview, TV, Lines, Goalies

On this day in hockey history 1934 – The NHL had its first All Star game, as a benefit to injured player Ace Bailey. Toronto defeated a team of All Stars from the league’s other seven teams, 7-3 at Maple Leaf Gardens. Bailey’s No. 6 uniform was the first in NHL history to be retired.
