Game Day: Lightning vs Canadiens – Game 5 Preview, Lines, Goalies, TV

Pre-game Notes and Quotes
Max Pacioretty – “This group won three out of four elimination games in the playoffs last year, so we knew what to expect and we played with that desperation we needed to have,”
Jeff Petry – “The focus is one more game here and just take it one game at a time. We’ve just got to win one game and that was our focus [Thursday], and that’s got to be our focus moving forward.”
Thursday was the first time in 16 games that Ben Bishop was pulled. Steven Stamkos has not had a shot on goal in the last two games.
Anton Stralman – “We got the beating we deserved [Thursday], you want to do things right and we haven’t been doing that over the last couple of games.”
Michel Therrien – “Our focus has been to get another game at the Bell Centre, now we want to get back to Tampa Bay and have another game here. We are still taking this one game at a time. Momentum can change quickly in hockey.”
P.K. Subban – “I think (Ben) Bishop sort of was sitting on a horseshoe for a little bit there. He’s played well, but he’s been lucky as well. I think seeing him pulled out of the net is a confidence booster for our team.”
Jon Cooper – “[P.K. Subban] may be right. Or Ben (Bishop) might be a good goalie. P.K. is a character, he’s a fun guy to have in the league for statements like that.”
