Game Preview by Sam Gerber
Last game : MTL 5 NYR 6 F The Habs took their foot off the gas and squandered a 4-0 lead, The Domi line lead the way on offense while the Danault line had an off night.
Charles Hudon
Hudon has shown flashes of improvement since his recall but lack of speed is still a problem. Hudon had a rough game against the Rangers finishing minus-3.
Artturi Lehkonen
Lehkonen is having a very good season. Against NYR, it was Lehkonen driving the offence once reunited with Max Domi. They should stay together.
Tomas Tatar
Tatar wasn’t happy with loss against the Rangers with good reason. He knows that the Danault line has to be better. Expect a bounce back performance.
Keys to Victory
Play the system
The Canadiens may be emotionally fragile following their collapse against NYR. They must keep their emotions in check against a bitter rival.
Play better defensively
The Habs need to tighten up defensively and can’t give up second chance opportunities.
Commit to backchecking Montreal has abandoned their backchecking responsibilities the past few games. They can’t continue to do this if they want to win.

Pre-game quotes
Claude Julien
“When you haven’t won in the last four games, you have to be determined to change things. We addressed some things that we needed to improve. Tonight, we have to put those things into practice and come away with the result we’re looking for.”

What to Expect by Sam Gerber
The Habs have one win against the Bruins this season but this time the Habs are in desperate need of a win. The Bruins on the other hand have won three in a row and have collected at least a point in each of their last seven games. The Habs have to rise to the occasion and get the win to remain in the playoff picture and make up for some bad losses this past week.
