Post-game Chatter |
Coach Michel Therrien:
- “[Referee Steve Rooney] thought [Eller’s] goal was in and his partner didn’t believe the goal was in. They checked out the video and they decided it was not a goal. I don’t want to comment on it.”
- On Habs special teams: “[Predators] did a great job. They were aggressive on the puck carrier. I like to give the credit to them.”
- “On the winning goal it was just bad coverage. Pretty simple.”
Montreal Canadiens PR:
- Announce that Danny Brière suffered a concussion after a hit by Nashville’s Eric Nystrom. Brandon Prust sustained an upper body injury. They will be re-evaluated Sunday. Expect further information on Monday.
