On this day in hockey history…  in 1995, Mario Lemieux scored three times to become the first Penguin (and 20th NHL player) to score 500 career goals. The milestone came in his 605th game.

Injury update:  Max Pacioretty has been diagnosed with a partially torn ligaments in his wrist.  He skated today and has been listed as a game-time decision for tonight’s game.  He will travel to Boston with the team tomorrow.
