Canadiens signed forward Michael Pezzetta to a one-year contract extension. Canadiens signed forward Michael McNiven to a one-year contract extension. Canadiens signed assistant coach Alex Burrows to a three-year contract extension. Former Canadiens forward Tomas Tatar has signed a two-year contract with the New Jersey Devils.
