An old-fashioned hockey brawl erupted early in the second period of Saturday’s game between the Syracuse Crunch and the St. John’s IceCaps. It all started after a big hit by Crunch defenseman Dmitry Korobov on IceCaps forward Jason Jaffray. Before long all five skaters were paired off.
Syracuse went on to win the game 6-3. Former Habs prospect J.T. Wyman had a goal for the Crunch.
