Lightning re-acquire Vinny Prospal’s rights from Flyers

This is rather strange but then again, Vinny Prospal had his best success with the Lightning and his hated nemesis, John Totorella is also gone from Tampa so I guess we shouldn’t be totally surprised by this move.
