Let’s not jump the to any conclusions here!…..Guy Carbonneau and the Canadiens have not disclosed any information except to say that Saku Koivu will be re-evaluated in Montreal when the swelling in his foot subsides and x-rays can show the extent of his injury. It sounds like a Tony Marinaro ( from Team 990) story to me…….”my sources say” type situation. RDS is also reporting Koivu could miss 4 weeks…….let’s wait and cross our fingers.

“I think he had an X-ray (Friday) night, but that’s one of those things where you can’t tell the full extent of the injury until the swelling goes down.”
