ROSTER UPDATE | Montreal Canadiens Recall Goaltender Charlie Lindgren from AHL’s Laval Rocket
ROCKET SPORTS MEDIA | MONTREAL, QC. — The Montreal Canadiens announced on Monday they have recalled goaltender Charlie Lindgren from the Laval Rocket.
This is the second time this season that Lindgren has been recalled by the Canadiens. He did not play back in October when on emergency recall. This season, Lindgren has played 33 games for the Rocket with a 11-14-6 record, a 2.94 goals against average and an .884 save percentage.
The Lakeville MN native has 17 career games in the NHL from 2015-16 to 2017-18. In the NHL, Lindgren has a record of 7-8-2 with a 2.78 goals against average including two shutouts.
Charlie Lindgren signed with Montreal as a free agent back in March 2016.
