  1. salut joe et rick
    merci pour l’emmission
    info,analises,
    trade deadline?our needs?buyers or sellers?
holy smoke!here we go again eh,
    for me its kinda like this eh;
a)keep the kids and prospects, which we worked very hard to scout and draft.
assist in their developement.when ready,up to the big team.give them the opportunity to proove trevor timmins and his staff correcte.
no more sending away cornerstone/hall of fame prospects, young players, etc.
keep who we have.they are our future.our scouting staff is one of the best.
b)”the answer is in the room”.svp, less shuffling the deck with the players.
“go with the players that got us there”.stabilite and consistency.show the players that we believe/have confidence in them.it is amazing the impact that might have on the players, knowing that management/coaches support them that way.
c)often, teams are tempted with possible/potentiel short-term gain?while giving up the longer-term.the re-build/foundation is set back many years as a result.
svp,we cannott get tempted that way.
d)”less is more”.inactivite does not mean we do not want to improove and be a winner.it means,we have a plan and we will be patient.
    anyway,just some thoughts.
all of us are experts and coaches and d.g.’s eh.no lack of paths to take to reach the holy graille eh.
and for me,conservatism and pragmatism is my path to take.
“the grass is not always greener on the other side,eh”.
    merci pour l’ecoute
    portez-vous bien
    sauf et sain
merci de nouveau pour vos efforts et engagement envers le clubCH et les fans
    c’est tres apprecie
ps,guy soit proche et present en pensees et prieres
