The Canadiens continued to have a busy morning with a depth acquisition. The team has acquired centre Brian Flynn from the Buffalo Sabres for a 2016 fifth-round draft choice. In 54 games this season, the Lynnfield, Massachusetts native has five goals and 12 assists. Flynn will definitely give the Canadiens some depth at centre, shoots right and kills penalties.

The trade deadline is 3 pm. today, so the Habs could potentially make a few more deals

UPDATES: Jeff Petry will wear No. 26 with Brian Flynn donning No. 32.
