- Roster news – Carey Price has returned to the ice as he continues his rehab from knee surgery. Nick Suzuki says it was tough to see a good friend like Jesperi Kotkaniemi leave the organization. Dominique Ducharme says Alexander Romanov will play on the left side and Jonathan Drouin will play wing. Single game tickets for all Canadiens home games went on sale on Friday.
- Habs prospect report – Laval Rocket signed forward Kevin Roy to a one-year AHL contract. Canadiens rookies will play Senators rookies twice.
