In week two of the season, Habs fans had a lot to celebrate with three wins over New Jersey, Winnipeg and Buffalo. The only blemish came mid-week in a loss to the Senators in Ottawa. Brendan Gallagher and Rene Bourque each had three goals for the week, with Tomas Plekanec adding two. Carey Price won all three of his starts.
