I honestly don’t see Alex Tanguay accepting a trade to the Canadiens as he has very strong opinions about the crazy and irresponsible french media in the Montreal market. As I’ve said before, he has expressed his disappointment to the media in Calgary about how badly Saku Koivu has been treated in the past and if Tanguay was willing to waive his no-movement clause, then he probably would have already been a Hab by now with Ryder and a pick or prospect going the other way…..it hasn’t happened yet and most likely won’t.
