How can the Toronto Maple Leafs jump from #25 to the #19 ranked organization within a few months without making any upgrades and trading away their draft choices? Some of their prospects are playing well but not enough to jump 6 spots!!! The other organizations that they have jumped over haven’t lost many prospects or dropped that much down the rankings………I think there are a few Leaf fans on the HF staff!!!
