CURITIBA, BRAZIL — Puck the Bunny appears on All Habs Hockey Magazine predicting outcomes of games from his home in the beautiful country of Brazil. Yes, an exotic prognosticating bunny! In 2011-’12, his first season as a member of the All Habs team, Puck’s record was an amazing 23-12-6!
Today he picks the winner of Montreal Canadiens vs Pittsburgh Penguins.
Puck was happy to have bananas back, so he didn’t waste any time with his prediction today. Sometimes, the ‘lil bunny is accused of being a homer. So be it, Puck doesn’t like the Penguins. He says that he doesn’t trust birds that can’t fly but can swim.
The bunny has a new “furcut” today. It’s summer in Brazil, the temperatures are high so it was necessary to have his fur trimmed. Now that his fur is shorter he is happy again and it’s easier to sleep. He doesn’t have fur on his belly so he is able to lay on the cold floor and enjoy it.
Puck is pretty happy with his Habs. He misses Erik Cole but trusts Mr Bergevin. If the GM thinks this is good for the Habs, so be it. He wants to send Michael Ryder bunny luck and say welcome again to Montreal.
He also loves that Gally is now wearing Koivu’s former number. A good player with a good number.
