Here is the complete off season report cards for each team/division done by Allan Muir of SI.com.I’ve brought it to the top of the blog with all the division ratings.Overall, Muir has does a nice job of analysing each teams additions and subtracts from the off season though some of his comments (the Oiler’s rating comes to mind) are questionable.
