Habster’s take:
I’ve got a bad feeling about the Hab’s powerplay this season without Souray’s blasts from the point. Teams use to try to take away his point shot by playing higher on the PK which won’t be the case this year (unless Streit, Hamrlik or Markov prove me wrong!!). His presence on the PP allowed the forwards to have room to manoeuvre and set up a play or cycle the puck down low.
It will be interesting to see what the coaching staff does to make the powerplay succeed without Mr. Souray’s blast!!!
